She was in the 2nd cohort and obtained a PhD in Cultural Studies from the University of London in the United Kingdom. She currently works at the Rural Electrification Agency (REA). She also works with some Internally Displaced Persons to help them generate income so they can have a more meaningful life and does research on women and gender issues. Her goal is to make this world a safer and fairer place for women and enable them to enjoy their full rights.
