He was in the 6th cohort and obtained a Master’s degree in Development Finance from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom. He is currently a short term technical consultant for the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) mobilizing communities on various human rights issues and promoting the new Local Economic Development (LED) approaches being piloted in 15 districts in Uganda. Previously he spearheaded the introduction of microfinance services to pastoral communities in Karamoja and in future he would like to develop programs that will help pastoral communities enhance through alternative livelihoods that can make them resilient to disasters.
